How to Return Your Package with UPS:
• Check your delivery email
Look for the delivery notification email from UPS. In that email, you’ll see an option to return your package. Just click “Return This Package” and fill out the short form.
• Pick your return label
You can choose between an electronic label (barcode) that can be shown on your phone, or a printed label if you prefer to attach one to your parcel.
• Find your nearest UPS drop-off
Visit www.ups.com, select your country (top right corner), and click “Find Closest UPS Location” (top left corner) to see nearby drop-off points.
• Drop off your package
Take your package to the closest UPS Access Point. Please make sure the barcode or label is scanned when you hand it over — this confirms that your return is on its way!

Tip: If you haven’t received a delivery notification, no worries! Just track your package at www.ups.com — you’ll find the same return options there. :)
