When exercising your right of withdrawal or making a return, a return fee applies. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded in case of an exchange or return. For size exchanges, the return shipping is free. See more information under Exchanges.
We accept returns within 30 days, provided that the items are unused, in original condition, in undamaged original packaging, and with all tags attached. Swimwear must also have the hygiene sticker intact – otherwise we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Items that are not approved for return will not be refunded.
Unnecessary returns are not good for you, for us, or for the planet. Your returned item could become someone else’s next order – so please treat our garments, your fellow humans, and Mother Earth the way you would like to be treated 💛
If a return requires additional handling (e.g. when more than 80% of an order containing more than 6 items is returned, or when items need to be repacked), a handling fee of up to 200 SEK may be deducted from the refund.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Refunds are processed via Klarna Checkout to the same account or card used for the purchase, as soon as we have received and approved your return. If you paid by invoice, you can pause the invoice in the Klarna app. The invoice will be cancelled or adjusted once the return has been registered.
