For all orders outside the EU, we ship with DHL Express or UPS, and you will never have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
USA: Duties and import taxes are calculated for each product and shown as a separate line at checkout. You pay them together with your order, and we pay them to US customs on your behalf.
Other countries outside the EU: All duties and import taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.

Duties and import taxes are non-refundable
For orders shipped to the US, duties and import taxes are paid by us to US customs when your order ships, so you won't have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Since these charges cannot be recovered from customs, duties and import taxes are non-refundable. If you return an item, we'll refund the item price, excluding duties and import taxes.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
