For a size or color exchange, we kindly ask you to place a new order first. Then write your new order number on the return form to receive free return shipping. Use the return shipping label included in the package to send your return back.
Please note that you will pay shipping for your new order and that the shipping cost for the original order is not refunded.
Refunds are processed via Klarna Checkout to the same account/card used for the purchase once we have received and processed your return. If you chose to pay by invoice, you can pause it in the Klarna app.
We accept returns within 30 days, provided that the items are unused, in original condition, in undamaged original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returned swimwear without the hygiene sticker will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for items that are not approved.
If a return requires additional handling (e.g. when more than 80% of an order containing more than 6 items is returned, or when items need to be repacked), a handling fee of up to 200 SEK will be deducted from the refund. Unnecessary returns are bad for you, for us, and for our planet. Your returned items could be shipped out again in someone else’s order – so please treat our garments and Mother Earth the way you would like to be treated.
