For a size or color exchange, please place a new order first. Then contact customerservice@eivy.co with your new order number to receive a freight slip for your return. The exchange freight cost is listed under Delivery time & options.
Please note that you will pay shipping for your new order and that the shipping cost for the original order is not refunded.
Refunds are issued to the same account or card used for the purchase.
We accept returns within 30 days, provided that the items are unused, in original condition, in undamaged original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returned swimwear without the hygiene sticker will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for items that are not approved.
If a return requires additional handling (e.g. when more than 80% of an order containing more than 6 items is returned, or when items need to be repacked), a handling fee of up to 200 SEK will be deducted from the refund. Unnecessary returns are bad for you, for us, and for our planet. Your returned items could be shipped out again in someone else’s order – so please treat our garments and Mother Earth the way you would like to be treated.
Use the return shipping label included in the package, enclose the completed return form, and pack the items securely in protective packaging. Need to print a new return form? Click here.

Duties and import taxes are non-refundable
For orders shipped to the US, duties and import taxes are paid by us to US customs when your order ships, so you won't have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Since these charges cannot be recovered from customs, duties and import taxes are non-refundable. If you return an item, we'll refund the item price, excluding duties and import taxes.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
