If you want to change address, we can help you out as long your order has not left our warehouse when we read your email. We read and answer emails within maximum 48 hours.

Unfortunately, your shipment is out of our control after leaving our warehouse, due to safety regulations. That means that we can not get hold of the parcel to change your address after it leaves our warehouse.
